I found this article in EurActive via Kosmoplit and I'm reciting Juncker again, because it is worth doing it:

Good to award him your 'Hero of the week' award (in addition to the Karlspreis he already has), because at the moment it looks like there is no presidency of the European Council to bestow upon him, or anybody else for that matter.
